Are you just getting into exercise and don't know where to start? Perhaps you've been exercising for years, going to the gym and doing cardio, but never seeing any results. Maybe you're an athlete who wants to take your performance to that next level. Whoever you are and whatever your experience, I can help you achieve your goals!

Over the past few years, I have worked with a diverse client base - including men, women, teenagers, athletes, sports teams, and fitness clubs - creating and implementing individually customized exercise prescription programmes for a variety of purposes from simply improving health, to increasing fitness, to sports coaching, to injury rehabilitation.

I am qualified and experienced in:

  • Physical Conditioning - Fitness and exercise testing, writing individualized exercise prescription and training programmes specifically for the general population and athletes' (of a variety of sports) goals and needs, strength and conditioning instruction, athlete/client monitoring.
  • Exercise Considerations for Special Populations - Fitness and exercise testing, and programme prescription for Special Populations (i.e. CVD, Diabetes, Cancer, Elderly, etc.).
  • Athletic Training - Injuries and rehabilitation, strapping, massage.
  • Musculoskeletal Exercise Rehabilitation - Injury assessment, rehabilitation programme prescription (Phases I to IV).
  • Nutrition for Human Performance - Analysis, assessment, and design of nutrition plans for sports performance, fat loss, maintenance, muscle gain, diabetics, and vegetarians.

To inspire males and females alike with an energy and passion for sport, health and fitness. To help others achieve their sporting, health and/or fitness orientated goals; providing quality and effective support and motivation for them in the pursuit of their goals, whilst educating them on how to make positive lifestyle choices and changes to improve their quality of life to keep getting the desired results.

I do not do generic, so if you're looking for something like that, you're looking in the wrong place. I INDIVIDUALIZE EVERYTHING from your training to nutrition SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU based on YOUR GOALS AND NEEDS!

Based on the information from your Health Status, Exercise, and Nutrition Assessments (nutrition and current dietary analysis if applicable), I design and create for you a unique exercise programme and/or nutritional guidelines (dependent on the plan you choose) individualized specifically for YOU.

Your specialized programme will consist of:

  • Strength and Core Training
  • Cardiovascular Conditioning
  • Flexibility Exercises
  • Functional Exercises
  • Nutritional Information

Not only will you be given a unique programme specific to YOUR goals and needs, but you will also be given the tools that will allow you to KEEP making progress long after you have finished with a trainer (should you decide to). You will learn WHY everything has been incorporated into your programme as it has, the fundamentals of LIFESTYLE nutrition, and ultimately improve your quality of life.
